Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains when payments made on bodyspeaksbetter.com are refundable. Payments are processed by Razorpay; all approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

1. Failed, duplicate or excess payments

If an amount is debited but your booking/purchase is not confirmed, the payment is automatically refunded by the payment gateway; if you don't see the reversal, write to us and we will trace it with Razorpay.
Duplicate or excess charges are refunded in full once verified.
Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of verification and typically reach your account in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

2. 1:1 sessions

Reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice before the session start time.
Cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or a credit towards a future session — your choice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, are considered utilised and are not refundable.
If we cancel a session and no alternative time works for you, you receive a full refund for that session.

3. Live workshops & events

Cancellations up to 48 hours before the event start receive a full refund or a transfer to a future batch.
Within 48 hours of the event, fees are non-refundable, but your seat may be transferred to another person or a future batch on request.
If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by us and the new date doesn't work for you, you receive a full refund.

4. Recorded courses, ebooks & digital products

Because access is delivered immediately and content can't be "returned", digital purchases are non-refundable once access has been delivered.
If you paid but did not receive access, contact us — we will restore access promptly or refund in full.

5. Packages

Packages follow the validity and usage terms stated on the package page (for example, 12-month validity; unused sessions expire at the end of validity).
Individual sessions within a package follow the session rules in section 2 (24-hour reschedule notice; no-shows count as utilised).
Package fees are otherwise non-refundable once the first session has been delivered, unless required by law or agreed in writing.

6. Corporate engagements

Cancellation and refund terms for corporate training, keynotes and consulting are set out in each engagement's proposal or agreement.

7. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] (or use the contact form) with your name, the email used at checkout, the payment reference/receipt, and the reason. We respond within 2 business days.
